Trust Pharmacy is proud to introduce our mobile app – a revolutionary tool designed to bring our pharmacy services directly to your fingertips. Our app lets you manage prescriptions, orders, and messages from one place.

You can request refills, transfer a prescription with a photo, chat with a pharmacist, and track delivery in real time. The same record you use on the website is used in the app, so your history, invoices, and saved addresses stay in sync.

Key Features of the App

1. Refill requests take a few taps. You can scan the label on your last bottle, confirm quantity, and choose delivery or pickup.
2. New prescriptions arrive from your clinic and appear in the app once verified.
3. Order status updates at each step, from receipt to packing to carrier pickup.
4. Delivery alerts arrive when the driver is on the way and again at arrival. The app stores product leaflets and simple guides on timing, storage, and missed doses.

Navigating

The user interface of the app is designed for ease of use. Whether you’re tech-savvy or new to digital apps, navigating through different sections like the prescription refill or health records is intuitive. The app also features a ‘Help’ section for any assistance you might need.

The Home screen shows active orders and their status. A Prescriptions tab lists each medicine with next eligible fill and the clinic that wrote it. The Shop tab lets you search by name, active ingredient, strength, and maker, then add items to your cart with the total shown before payment. Messages keeps your conversations with the pharmacy in one thread so you do not repeat details. Account settings hold addresses, preferred delivery windows, payment methods, and caregiver access if you choose to add one. Text size and contrast can be adjusted, and the app supports VoiceOver and TalkBack.

Security and Privacy

Understanding the sensitivity of health data, the app is built with state-of-the-art security measures. Encryption and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA are fundamental aspects of our data protection strategy. All traffic uses TLS encryption, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Only trained staff can view account details needed to process an order. We share name, address, and phone with the carrier for delivery. Notification settings can be changed at any time, and the Privacy Policy is available inside the app.
